Subscription Plans

ShotKeep offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

What You Get with ShotKeep Pro

• Unlimited batch screenshot deletion (free version limited to 20 per batch)
• All current and future Pro features
• Priority support

Payment

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation
• Prices are in USD. Actual charges may vary by region based on currency conversion

Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The renewal charge will be at the same price as your current plan unless we notify you of a price change

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find ShotKeep and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until then.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

• You will not be charged during the trial period
• Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial
• Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription
• You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged

Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple
• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• ShotKeep does not process refunds directly

Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices in the future
• You will be notified before any price change takes effect
• If you do not agree with a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect

What Happens When You Cancel

• You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• After that, your account reverts to the free version
• Your screenshots, protection decisions, and analysis data are not affected
• You can re-subscribe at any time
